This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Define the solution architecture and create technical roadmaps that align with the service-line strategy.

• Convert broad requirements into precise technical designs and actionable engineering tasks.

• Stay actively involved in C#/.NET coding, proof of concepts (POCs), code reviews, troubleshooting, and detailed design processes.

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications utilizing Azure and AKS.

• Incorporate Generative AI and agentic features into business applications.

• Set up architecture guardrails that address security, performance, reliability, and observability.

• Lead engineering teams through the implementation process while addressing technical risks and dependencies.

• Work collaboratively with Product teams, Business Analysts, architectural teams, global stakeholders, and vendors.

• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.

• Strong practical expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and microservices.

• Proficient with Microsoft Azure, AKS, containers, distributed systems, and CI/CD practices.

• Familiarity with Azure services, including API Management, Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.

• Advanced proficiency in spoken English.

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
