This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist clients during the onboarding process with a positive, client-focused approach.

• Inspire clients to reach their health goals while ensuring that screening is conducted to high standards.

• Direct clients towards the most suitable health intervention pathways.

• Utilize the case management system to accurately document referral details and provide timely case updates.

• Address information inquiries from clients, partner organizations, and the public.

• Collaborate with colleagues across Thrive Tribe services on new initiatives and service enhancements.

• Adhere to Information Governance and Clinical Governance laws, requirements, and best practices.

• Help foster Thrive Tribe’s organizational ethos and integrate its values throughout services.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

• Compassionate and caring disposition.

• Experience in assisting clients to adopt healthy lifestyle choices is a plus.

• Willingness to offer flexibility regarding work schedules.

• Availability to work 30 hours per week, including Friday evenings until 8:00 pm.

• Flexibility in daytime and evening hours.

• Potential Saturday shifts during busy periods.

• Legal right to work in the UK.

• Submission of CV and cover letter is necessary for the application.
