National Trainer, Educational Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Lead, oversee, and implement strategic initiatives within the North American Educational Services division.

• Facilitate educational delivery as part of the Academy team.

• Ensure a consistently branded and streamlined educational offering for regional teams across North America.

• Provide educational programs for strategic partners and end customer accounts.

• Conduct engaging training sessions through both instructor-led classes and virtual formats.

• Maintain an estimated platform utilization rate of 80–90%.

• Assist with initial content analysis for private training requests.

• Perform needs assessments to identify training gaps and skill development opportunities for customers.

• Offer content reviews and support for classroom equipment.

• Aid in both prescheduled and on-demand training delivery across various business areas.

• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback, and suggest ongoing improvements.

• Facilitate onboarding for new Trainers and execute general Trainer Readiness initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / BS/BA Degree.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Preferred knowledge of Axis and/or related products.

• Possess analytical, inquisitive, and critical thinking skills.

• Capability to develop innovative ideas, systems, and technologies, as well as analyze and enhance existing ones.

• Demonstrated drive, determination, and self-discipline to achieve results.

• Strong customer service orientation along with excellent relationship management skills.

• Effective public speaking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and prioritizing workload effectively.

• Exceptional time management skills.

• Strong communication abilities across all levels of the organization.

• Creative problem-solving skills and confident decision-making abilities.

• Proactive, focused, and able to work independently.

• Physical ability to lift 20–30 lbs.

• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time.
