
National Strategic Partner Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Develop, establish, and execute strategic territory plans, channel initiatives, and partner account plans in collaboration with Optiv.
β’ Focus on security solutions throughout North America.
β’ Collaborate closely with key contacts to assist Optiv in crafting a vision and implementing strategies for Thales Data Security and Imperva solutions.
β’ Oversee all facets of the business and serve as a liaison between internal teams and partner sales and marketing departments.
β’ Employ an ROI-driven approach to partnerships, highlighting revenue generation, channel-created opportunities, and unique product offerings.
β’ Propel channel growth, generate channel opportunities, and nurture partner relationships.
β’ Educate and empower Optiv to promote Thales and Imperva sales.
β’ Manage, cultivate, and sustain relationships with Optiv, Thales, and Imperva sales and leadership teams, as well as key end-user clients.
β’ Develop joint business plans that include measurable action plans and a regular review schedule.
β’ Strategize and execute go-to-market plans and marketing initiatives.
β’ Align Optiv's objectives with shared business goals.
β’ Ensure Optiv adheres to program requirements and facilitates profitable selling, implementation, and support of solutions.
β’ Navigate challenging partner discussions and drive successful outcomes.
β’ Empower the Optiv community to market Thales solutions effectively.
β’ Enhance and broaden the executive-level Thales/Optiv value proposition.
β’ Keep management informed through regular updates, forecasts, reviews, and reports.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales and channel development within a security, app development, networking, cloud-based, or infrastructure company, ideally in a two-tier distribution setting.
β’ Proficient in accurately forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
β’ Skilled in developing and presenting solution strategies while meeting or exceeding customer expectations and requirements.
β’ Excellent written, verbal, organizational communication, and presentation skills.
β’ Ability to engage effectively with all levels of a distribution partner organization.
β’ Capable of performing job responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.
β’ Business planning expertise to ensure high levels of customer and partner satisfaction.
β’ Proven ability to implement and execute a defined plan to surpass revenue targets.
β’ Results-driven and effective in interactions with senior-level management in customer scenarios.
β’ Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced sales environment.
β’ Strong prioritization skills, strategic thinking, and sound judgment in resolving complex issues.
β’ Effective cross-functional leadership and communication skills to foster consensus across both internal and partner organizations.
β’ High personal integrity and sound judgment.
β’ Must be legally permitted to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire.

β’ Successful completion of a post-offer background check is required.
