This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Formulate, enhance, and execute strategic territory plans, channel initiatives, and partner account strategies with Optiv throughout North America.
• Educate and empower Optiv to promote Thales and Imperva sales.
• Cultivate, develop, and sustain relationships with Optiv, Thales, and Imperva sales and leadership teams, as well as key end-user clients.
• Create collaborative business plans featuring measurable action items and regular review schedules.
• Strategize and develop go-to-market approaches and carry out marketing initiatives.
• Align Optiv’s objectives with shared business goals.
• Comprehend partner business metrics and assist in fulfilling program requirements.
• Navigate challenging partner discussions and drive successful outcomes.
• Empower the Optiv community to market Thales solutions.
• Enhance and broaden the executive-level Thales/Optiv value proposition.
• Inform management with updates on status and performance through communications, forecasts, reviews, and reports.
• Propel channel growth, create channel opportunities, manage partner relationships, and foster revenue generation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales and development within a security, app development, networking, cloud-based, or infrastructure company, preferably in a two-tier distribution setting.
• Proficient in accurately forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
• Skilled in developing and presenting solution strategies that meet or exceed customer expectations and requirements.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Business planning expertise aimed at achieving high customer and partner satisfaction.
• Capability to execute and deliver a defined plan to surpass revenue objectives.
• Results-driven and effective in engaging with senior-level management in customer scenarios.
• Ability to thrive independently in a dynamic sales environment.
• Competence in prioritizing tasks effectively, thinking broadly, and exercising sound judgment in resolving complex issues.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication abilities to foster consensus among internal and partner organizations.
• Demonstrated personal integrity and sound judgment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hiring.
• Ineligible for visa sponsorship or assumption of sponsorship now or in the future.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
