This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Drive and finalize high-revenue sales while effectively managing a substantial sales pipeline and consistently meeting or surpassing quotas.
• Generate new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads, conducting outbound cold calls, sending emails, and engaging in prospecting activities.
• Oversee and process marketing leads from campaigns, industry events, and networking initiatives.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline advancements, and revenue projections.
• Perform needs analysis and research to gain insights into customer challenges, requirements, and goals.
• Identify decision-makers within targeted accounts, cultivate relationships, and spark interest in solutions.
• Maintain and enhance a database of prospects and dormant leads using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams on business development and sales initiatives.
• Present online sales pitches and product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies.
• A minimum of 4+ years of direct sales experience (required).
• At least 1 year of previous CRM software experience is preferred.
• Experience in advertising, digital marketing, or direct mail sales is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in high-performance sales settings, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Persistent, results-oriented, self-motivated, and consultative in sales approach.
• Comfortable engaging C-suite executives and decision-makers in complex discussions.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to deliver captivating sales presentations through video conferencing platforms.
• Proficient in computer skills, including email, video conferencing, digital calendars, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States for this remote position; applicants from Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nebraska, Montana, New Hampshire, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia are not considered.
