National Project Operations Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Advocate for a strategic Project culture by ensuring process integrity and enhancing systems.

• Drive and cultivate the financial integrity expectations and culture across all Project teams.

• Foster a proactive connection culture between Sales and Operations.

• Spearhead skills development strategies within Project teams.

• Establish clear, consistent, and accountable expectations for Project teams that align with business objectives.

• Promote consistency and accountability regarding cash expectations.

• Formulate proactive sales alignment expectations during the opportunity development phase.

• Facilitate quarterly Large Project Review Meetings.

• Conduct monthly Equipment Assurance integrity reviews.

• Champion the development of an ethics and safety culture.

• Enhance internal operational cohesiveness among Service, Business, and Strategic teams.

• Engage with cross-functional support teams from a Project leadership viewpoint.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• Over 10 years of experience in Project Management within field service, field operations, commercial/industrial building products, customer processes, or construction.

• A minimum of 3 years leading, coaching, and developing a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% within North America.

• Experience in project management within the aftermarket industry.

• Proven track record of collaboration with functional stakeholders in a complex organizational structure.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and build robust partnerships.

• Financial acumen with a solid understanding of how projects impact P&L.
