This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for the client, ensuring that both program and client requirements are fulfilled.

• Organize field management tasks to achieve or surpass regional objectives and targets.

• Determine and secure the resources essential for meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Oversee and manage the region-level T&E budgets effectively.

• Inspire, guide, and coordinate management efforts to achieve or exceed sales targets.

• Build and sustain strong client relationships at both national and regional levels.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, ensuring they receive appropriate training on management strategies, products, and policies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Accurately and promptly administer and document counseling and terminations in line with established protocols.

• Achieve set weekly and monthly productivity targets and quotas.

• Maintain appropriate staffing levels across all areas.

• Assess customer/client satisfaction through candidate submissions, field activities/objectives, and verified complaints.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A business degree is preferred.

• 5-8 years of sales experience is required.

• 3-5 years of experience in retail and sales management is required.

• Significant experience in retail and/or direct sales management is essential.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.

• Exceptional leadership skills coupled with effective and professional communication and presentation abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, take initiative, and solve problems.

• Capability to work independently with excellent time management skills.

• Must be willing to travel 30% of the year to various markets across the US.

• Flexibility in working hours is necessary.
