This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with Building Service Contractors, Service Providers, and national key accounts across multiple units.
• Drive profitable growth by creating and implementing multi-year joint business strategies.
• Increase KCP product adoption within customer headquarters, field operations, and multi-location end-user sites.
• Build strong connections with senior leadership in procurement, operations, finance, and facilities.
• Optimize and enhance the KCP portfolio, concentrating on account penetration, site-level compliance, and growth in market share.
• Boost sales in hand hygiene, tissue, and wiping product categories.
• Develop and conduct customer presentations for joint business planning, category line reviews, distribution pitches, trade shows, and promotional strategies.
• Assist with forecasting, promotional planning, category line review management, trade shows, and tracking sales performance.
• Work collaboratively with Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service, eCommerce, National Accounts, and RGM.
• Implement eCommerce, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Terms and Conditions initiatives with clients.
• Suggest and execute process improvements that support partner-led growth, commercialization, and account penetration.
• Utilize insights to identify risks and opportunities, and propose analytics-driven solutions.
• Report directly to the Associate Director, National Accounts.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
• At least 3 years of proven success with a National Account customer base is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales environments.
• Data-driven analytical skills with a focus on decision-making.
• Exceptional executive-level communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience as part of a cross-functional team managing large and complex clients.
• Proven ability to manage and influence executive-level relationships, both internal and external.
• Track record of delivering results and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, including occasional weekends for retailer trade shows.
• In-depth knowledge of Commercial Segments and relevant distribution channels is preferred.
