This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing medium and large national strategic key accounts.
• Identify key stakeholders and outline sales processes to meet revenue goals.
• Develop and nurture new business opportunities within established key accounts.
• Ensure that proposals, contract terms, and pricing align with Essity's product and pricing strategies.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders.
• Position Essity as a reliable strategic partner.
• Inspire and assist sales teams through best practices and business cases.
• Negotiate contracts and effectively position products against competitors.
• Recognize customer needs and challenges through insightful questioning and active listening.
• Collaborate across departments, including Sales and Account Management, Controlling, Commercial Development, and Marketing.
• Assume responsibility for strategic customer plans, sales objectives, and customer satisfaction.
• A completed degree in business administration, economics, or a related discipline.
• Several years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, finance, and project management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional demeanor.
• Strong analytical abilities, high goal orientation, dependability, and persuasive skills.
• Capable of authentic communication at all organizational levels and with diverse audiences, while effectively managing complex stakeholder networks.
• Proficient in English to engage in international projects.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
