This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead negotiations at the enterprise level and secure system-wide agreements, which include Master Agreements, System Implementation Plan (SIP) agreements, and sole source strategies.
β’ Manage the structures of Master Agreements by defining strategies for both committed and non-committed agreements.
β’ Drive the integration of EMR, protocols, and workflows.
β’ Oversee the onboarding requirements for new sites, addressing IT/security, legal, and committee approvals.
β’ Develop and implement strategies tailored for Federal Government and VA specific accounts.
β’ Quantify the economic and quality impacts through Ceribell Health Economic Stories and enterprise HEC valuations.
β’ Collaborate with Revenue Integrity teams on NTAP capture, accurate ED billing, CC/MCC estimates, and reimbursement objections.
β’ Build strong relationships with Medical Transport and Patient Logistics teams.
β’ Execute market adoption strategies from the ground up as well as top-down approaches.
β’ Lead Market Level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
β’ Partner with Clinical Account Managers and Territory Managers to establish cadences, SMART objectives, and ensure account success.
β’ Manage funnel movement and deal velocity utilizing dashboard metrics while mitigating competitive threats.
β’ Expand service line adoption with Service Line Owners and Department Chiefs.
β’ Collaborate with Nursing leadership on Women & Children and pre-term EEG access initiatives.
β’ Integrate Ceribell into critical care protocols for monitoring Delirium and managing Sepsis-associated encephalopathy.
β’ Use patient case examples to demonstrate clinical impact, including reductions in length of stay (LOS) and avoiding ASM intubations.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in medical commercial sales, with at least 5 years dedicated to IDN / health system enterprise sales.
β’ A proven history of negotiating and closing significant, complex health system agreements.
β’ A comprehensive understanding of hospital decision-making processes, with a demonstrated ability to align stakeholders at the corporate, market, and hospital levels.
β’ Strong executive presence with the capability to engage at the C-suite level and foster enduring relationships through contract cycles.
β’ Exceptional strategic and analytical skills, with a strong focus on interpreting health economic data and EMR integration strategies.
β’ Must reside in the US and be willing to travel 50% or more.
β’ Experience in neurology, critical care, emergency medicine, or medtech capital sales is highly preferred.
