National Field Training Audiologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in achieving GN ReSound's sales and profitability goals through audiological and technical education.

• Deliver continuous in-clinic training sessions, training seminars, and demonstration days.

• Share product information and keep customers informed about the latest advancements in hearing aid technology.

• Aid in the development of new customers through collaborative selling and product demonstrations.

• Offer training assistance for all new clients.

• Analyze regional data to minimize returns, repairs, and remakes.

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers within the designated region.

• Address technical support inquiries as needed.

• Facilitate new product launches for both new and existing clients.

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to develop regional distribution strategies.

• Relay pertinent account details to sales teams and management personnel.

• Deliver internal training and product assistance for Regional Sales Managers and in-house staff.

• Participate in the creation of training courses and related materials.

• Maintain customer profiles and account documentation.

• Fulfill sales and corporate reporting obligations.

• Adhere to corporate guidelines regarding expenses.

• Oversee the maintenance of company equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree in Audiology.

• Extensive experience with hearing instruments.

• Prior employment experience in the hearing aid sector.

• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Must remain in good standing with the professional regulatory body, including Continuing Education Units (CEU).

• Stay updated with the latest technology and market developments.

• Willingness and capability to travel 80% across Canada.
