This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Hint’s yearly events and experiential marketing schedule, ensuring that activations align with brand and business goals.
• Spearhead the planning and implementation of significant national festivals, sponsorships, conferences, consumer activations, influencer engagements, community initiatives, retail, and partner events.
• Oversee events from start to finish, including conceptualization, timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, venue selection, staffing, permits, insurance, product logistics, shipping, production, run-of-show, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to convey the Hint brand through unique, highly shareable consumer experiences.
• Create scalable event concepts that can be adapted for various markets, retailers, and cultural moments.
• Supervise sampling programs and pinpoint opportunities to effectively engage new consumers.
• Produce event briefs, production schedules, staffing plans, and post-event summaries.
• Ensure events are executed timely, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for events and partnerships.
• Identify partnership opportunities that enhance Hint’s visibility, cultural significance, and consumer outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, organizations, venues, events, and strategic partners.
• Assess incoming sponsorship and partnership opportunities in relation to brand strategy, target audience, objectives, and anticipated returns.
• Lead negotiations surrounding partnerships, defining scopes of work, deliverables, timelines, and execution plans.
• Work in tandem with influencer, social media, PR, retail, e-commerce, sales, and creative teams to enhance partnership visibility.
• Recognize opportunities in cultural, wellness, lifestyle, entertainment, and community events.
• Act as the internal liaison for events and partnerships.
• Manage experiential agencies, production firms, contractors, vendors, and external collaborators.
• Oversee event and partnership budgets, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliation processes.
• Communicate event strategies to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment in advance.
• Develop presentations and recaps that convey plans, opportunities, results, and insights.
• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in experiential marketing, events, sponsorships, partnerships, or brand marketing.
• Proven track record of independently planning and executing events from concept to on-site production.
• Experience managing both large-scale events and smaller, intimate experiences.
• Strong skills in vendor management, negotiation, budgeting, and production.
• Exceptional project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple events and timelines at once.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to anticipating challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift rapidly.
• A creative and resourceful mindset, with a keen awareness of cultural and consumer trends.
• Experience in CPG, beverage, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands is preferred.
• Previous experience managing agencies and external production partners is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for events and activations.
