National Director – Site Investigation/Remediation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the national SC-REM strategy in alignment with Terracon’s Environmental Service Line and the 2030 Strategic Plan.

• Foster profitable growth by managing P&L performance, pricing strategies, forecasting, and key performance indicators.

• Lead and support practice leaders across the nation to ensure consistent, safe, and high-quality service delivery.

• Promote innovation through modern investigation techniques, data management, digital tools, and remediation technologies.

• Act as a trusted executive leader and subject matter expert on complex, high-risk projects.

• Cultivate and develop talent to enhance succession planning, leadership development, and career advancement opportunities.

• Strengthen client relationships and expand market presence by collaborating across various sectors and accounts.

• Represent Terracon as a thought leader through participation in conferences, publications, and industry engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong commitment to safety as a top priority.

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, geoscience, or a related field.

• Over 20 years of experience in leading multi-regional or national environmental practices.

• Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG), or equivalent professional registration with the ability to obtain multi-state licensure.

• Demonstrated success in strategic growth, P&L management, and client development.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and change management abilities.

• Professional license, registration, or certification in a relevant specialty or discipline.

• Preferred: experience in digital transformation, innovation implementation, sustainability integration, and recognized thought leadership in SC-REM.

• Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
