This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Lead the clinical strategy, evidence generation, and economic value proposition for the U.S. wound care portfolio.
• Enhance product differentiation and drive growth within the Acute Care market.
• Convert clinical outcomes and economic insights into customer-facing messaging, support for value analysis committees, evidence summaries, and educational materials.
• Spearhead KOL development, clinical advocacy, advisory boards, and HCP engagement.
• Offer functional direction and clinical guidance to field-based Wound Care Clinical Trainers.
• Define and implement clinical strategy and economic value programs.
• Develop evidence and economic cost-in-use plans to support claims and differentiation.
• Create the clinical strategy plan, budget, and execution of U.S. wound care evidence initiatives.
• Oversee the identification of KOLs and CROs, along with the execution of evidence-gap initiatives.
• Lead the development of clinical marketing tools, standardized educational content, value-enablement materials, and clinical summaries.
• Act as an escalation resource for complex clinical education, standard-of-care, and capability needs.
• Collaborate with Commercial Training, Regional Wound Care Sales Trainers, Brand, and Global Medical and Clinical Affairs.
• Ensure clinical and economic content aligns with business priorities, product strategy, customer needs, and compliance requirements.
• Clinical credential required: RN, NP, PA, WOCN, WCC, or other relevant wound care clinical background.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; advanced degree is preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in wound care clinical, education, or field clinical leadership is preferred.
• Proven ability to design and implement clinical value programs.
• Experience in supporting KOL development, HCP education, economic modeling, or clinical evidence generation and interpretation.
• Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel nationally as business needs arise.
