This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Cultivate, manage, and enhance relationships with National Channel partners focusing on private label programs and GWS standard product lines.

• Recognize opportunities for private label and standard product conversion in collaboration with channel partner leadership, category managers, procurement teams, metalworking specialists, and field sales organizations.

• Conduct regular business review meetings with key channel partners.

• Assist in channel contracts, growth incentives, promotional initiatives, and partner-specific action plans.

• Ensure alignment of private label and standard product offerings with channel partner requirements across internal teams.

• Organize product training, launch support, sales materials, and partner enablement activities.

• Utilize sales data, market insights, CRM activity, and partner feedback to identify high-value accounts, enhance quote conversion, and increase share of wallet.

• Comprehend end-user demand, stocked product opportunities, competitive conversions, service expectations, and product availability.

• Address issues related to pricing, service, delivery, product availability, product rationalization, and new product launch requirements.

• Support trade shows, partner summits, field sales meetings, and strategic networking events.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, partner performance reports, opportunity updates, and action plans.

• Maintain precise channel partner account information, contacts, opportunity tracking, meeting notes, and follow-up actions within sales management systems.

• Coordinate joint sales calls with channel partners, application specialists, product managers, and internal stakeholders.

• Professionally represent GWS Tool Group in partner interactions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with cutting tools, manufacturing processes, distribution channels, supply chain, and standard product line management.

• A robust background in distribution or National Channel, specifically in cutting tools, is essential.

• Experience in supporting private label programs, standard product lines, channel contracts, or partner growth initiatives is preferred.

• Preferred experience in account management, channel management, or strategic partner management.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate new opportunities and expand existing channel partner relationships is ideal.

• A degree in sales, marketing, business, engineering, or a related field is highly valued.

• Capable of maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive customer, channel, pricing, and commercial information.

• Strong understanding of channel partner business models, private label programs, product conversion strategies, and standard product line growth.

• Excellent time management, organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills.

• Strong relationship-building abilities with national account teams, regional sales teams, channel partner leadership, and internal cross-functional teams.

• Ability to comprehend customer applications and connect needs to the appropriate standard, modified-standard, or private label cutting tool solutions.

• Proficient in identifying, developing, and executing growth opportunities within National Channels.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the capability to present product, program, and performance updates.

• A collaborative team player who can perform well under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales performance tracking.

• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and engage in computer work.

• Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time as required (both driving and flying).
