National Accounts Manager

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee strategic client accounts on a national scale and optimize profitable sales opportunities.

β€’ Showcase the advantages of the Winpak brand.

β€’ Manage significant corporate accounts and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.

β€’ Engage with national accounts to secure new business opportunities.

β€’ Coordinate internal company operations to ensure exceptional customer service.

β€’ Track incoming orders and guarantee timely and effective execution.

β€’ Handle customer forecasts, annual sales objectives/plans, and assess new business potential.

β€’ Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives for national accounts.

β€’ Sustain relationships with influential customer contacts and aligned Winpak stakeholders.

β€’ Conduct regular meetings with internal stakeholders regarding national accounts.

β€’ Investigate and resolve inquiries and issues presented by national accounts.

β€’ Organize meetings with customer decision-makers and carry out business reviews to evaluate revenue opportunities.

β€’ Execute duties in adherence to ISO 9001 and SQF standards.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Post-secondary education in Business, Science, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.

β€’ Over 5 years of experience managing national accounts.

β€’ More than 5 years of experience establishing long-lasting client relationships in a B2B setting.

β€’ At least 5 years of experience in cultivating and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering customized solutions.

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of experience using CRM software for tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.

β€’ Proven knowledge of technical requirements for flexible and rigid packaging, particularly within the food processing sector.

β€’ A valid driver’s license is necessary for travel purposes.

β€’ Must be willing to travel as required to meet clients.

β€’ Preferred: Over 5 years of experience in the packaging industry, ideally supporting perishable food products.

β€’ Preferred: At least 3 years of experience working with internal teams such as production, logistics, and sales support.

β€’ Experience in graphics and technical service and support would be beneficial.
