National Accounts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a sales strategy aimed at high-speed digital pre-print and high graphic solutions.

• Foster revenue growth and encourage innovation.

• Employ a consultative sales methodology to understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.

• Seek out, identify, and secure new accounts while managing the entire sales process.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

• Ensure alignment of the value proposition with the business objectives of customers.

• Lead collaborative initiatives alongside commercial and operations teams.

• Keep abreast of market trends and adjust strategies in response to the changing competitive environment.

• Travel throughout the U.S. to engage with prospects, customers, internal teams, and GP Hummingbird facilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated B2B sales experience with direct knowledge in corrugated, paper, packaging, or digital printing sectors.

• Strong business insight and technical selling capabilities focused on solutions.

• Comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle from initial prospecting to final closing.

• Availability to travel 30–50% across the U.S., including overnight stays as needed.

• Background in lithographic, flexographic, or digital printing.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.

• Proven success in lead generation and establishing a solid sales pipeline.

• Experience collaborating with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients.

• Commitment to continuous professional development through ongoing education or technical training.

• Capability to pass a drug screening if required.

• Work authorization confirmed through E-Verify.
