This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, pursue, and secure strategic travel partnerships that will support Faye’s long-term growth and expansion.
• Take full ownership of the business development cycle, from prospecting and building relationships to pitching, negotiating, contracting, and launching.
• Craft customized partner strategies and negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and launch plans.
• Establish and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers and key influencers within large partner organizations.
• Collaborate across functions with Product, Insurance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Account Development on complex opportunities.
• Work together with Product/Insurance to propose tailored products or coverage enhancements for significant national accounts.
• Ensure pipeline discipline, maintain forecasting accuracy, and communicate clearly about opportunity status.
• Represent Faye at industry events, conferences, and meetings with strategic partners.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, national accounts, or enterprise sales within the travel, travel insurance, travel technology, cruise, wholesale, or OTA sectors; industry experience and connections are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to source, develop, negotiate, and finalize high-value partnerships while managing lengthy sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
• A robust existing network within the travel industry that can generate significant business development opportunities.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with senior leaders, founders, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial judgment to assess account potential, revenue opportunities, and strategic alignment.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that demands ownership, collaboration skills, and strong CRM discipline.
• Preferred background in travel insurance, ancillary revenue, embedded travel products, or travel protection solutions.
