National Account Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical contact for strategic accounts

• Ensure consistent communication with senior leadership at customer accounts

• Respond to customer service requirements and cultivate strong relationships

• Examine service performance data to detect trends

• Execute improvement initiatives

• Offer customer training on product functionalities, capabilities, maintenance, and repair needs

• Enhance customer satisfaction through technical support and proactive issue resolution

• Oversee the goodwill process to sustain customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to address complex challenges

• Support approximately 10 national accounts located across all 50 states

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• 3+ years of experience in managing a technical relationship with end users

• 2+ years of experience with electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration systems

• A quiet remote workspace equipped with high-speed internet access

• A private, distraction-free remote office setup with secure, high-speed broadband internet suitable for video conferencing and client communications

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 60% using company vehicle and air travel throughout the United States

• Ability and readiness to work from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge and skills in a specific technical or professional field

• EPA 608 Certification preferred

• Prior experience in the transportation, automotive, or HVAC industries preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred

• Familiarity with or experience in Carrier Transicold products preferred
