National Account Proposal Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +43 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the complete sales cycle from the initial quote request to case installation and ongoing post-sale assistance.

• Oversee opportunity records and ensure the accuracy of sales data within Salesforce.

• Support sales representatives in updating opportunity stages, win probabilities, comments, and case statuses.

• Aid in the submission of Request for Proposals and collaborate with Corporate Sales Support.

• Investigate and resolve issues related to quoting, declined cases, underwriting concerns, and escalations in sales support.

• Act as a subject matter expert for sales support processes and related systems.

• Collaborate with teams including Medical Sales Support, Underwriting, Implementation, Account Management, Commissions, Licensing and Appointment, as well as other business partners.

• Establish and nurture productive relationships across various functional areas.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned to support business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, sales support, or project management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

• Committed to delivering outstanding service to Sales, Brokers, Plan Sponsors, and internal business partners.

• Demonstrates accuracy, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Flexibility to adjust to evolving business needs, priorities, and systems.

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.

• Experience with Salesforce applications is preferred.

• Project Management experience is preferred.
