This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for national account clients and brokers on a daily basis.
• Respond to client and broker emails within one business day, providing clear updates regarding resolution timelines.
• Collaborate with the National Account Executive to sustain strategic client relationships.
• Engage in proactive communication regarding operational updates, claims activity, and service trends.
• Oversee and manage escalated claims, appeals, and complex service issues in conjunction with internal claims teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and ensure that recurring issues are resolved with complete documentation.
• Detect trends in claims or service activities and report patterns to leadership.
• Supervise centralized service channels to ensure inquiries are properly routed and resolved with accountability.
• Work collaboratively across departments including Finance, Claim Operations, Curated Solutions, Reporting, and Stop-Loss.
• Team up with the HPAC group to provide accurate data and insights for plan performance meetings.
• Review and verify the quality of service materials, claims documentation, and client deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to service standards, regulatory requirements, and internal SLAs.
• Maintain Salesforce records to track service activity, escalations, and communications with clients.
• Over 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or benefits administration.
• Experience with national or large group clients is preferred.
• Strong understanding of self-funded health plans, stop-loss processes, and claims resolution.
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex client relationships with high volume.
• Outstanding responsiveness and organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% for client meetings, open enrollment events, or onsite support.
• A collaborative and solution-driven approach.

• Capable of communicating clearly and confidently in both internal and client-facing interactions.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States; employer participates in E-Verify.
