This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as the main daily point of contact for national account clients and brokers.
• Ensure prompt and efficient responses to inquiries from clients and brokers.
• Acknowledge all communications from clients and brokers within one business day, providing clear and accurate updates regarding resolution timelines.
• Collaborate with the National Account Executive to foster and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Conduct proactive outreach regarding operational updates, claims activities, and service trends.
• Oversee and manage escalations, appeals, and high-touch service issues alongside internal claims teams.
• Lead root cause analysis efforts and guarantee closure of recurring issues with comprehensive documentation.
• Detect trends in claims or service activities and escalate patterns to leadership as needed.
• Utilize centralized service channels to monitor inquiries, ensuring proper routing and resolution accountability.
• Collaborate across departments with Finance, Claim Operations, Curated Solutions, Reporting, and Stop-Loss teams.
• Work with the HPAC team to provide clients with precise data and insights for plan performance meetings.
• Review and perform quality checks on service materials, claims documentation, and client deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to national account service standards, regulatory requirements, and internal SLAs.
• Maintain Salesforce records for service activities, escalations, and client communications.
• Over 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or benefits administration.
• Experience with national or large group clients is preferred.
• Strong understanding of self-funded health plans, stop-loss processes, and claims resolution is essential.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume, complex client relationships with professionalism.
• Exceptional responsiveness and organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% for client meetings, open enrollment events, or onsite support.
• A collaborative and solution-focused approach.

• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in both internal and client-facing interactions.
