This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement strategic account initiatives that align with enterprise growth objectives and the goals set by the firm.
• Act as the main relationship manager and strategic liaison for partnerships with financial institutions, banks, and wirehouses.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with executive decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Set priorities and execution plans in collaboration with the Annuities and Life Insurance leadership teams.
• Facilitate business reviews, planning sessions, due diligence discussions, and partner engagements.
• Propel revenue growth, retention, and account expansion through effective business development and product positioning.
• Keep abreast of competitor trends, market strategies, product positioning, pricing dynamics, and shelf opportunities.
• Coordinate resources across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
• Communicate strategic changes, product improvements, firm updates, meetings, and regional priorities.
• Advocate for partner needs, swiftly resolve issues, enhance processes, and execute key priorities.
• Ensure partner satisfaction through proactive relationship management and prompt issue resolution.
• Address escalated customer or advisor concerns and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Oversee sponsored meeting budgets and assist with partner due diligence and reporting tasks.
• Ensure that account activities, agreements, and communications align with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to colleagues and cross-functional teams.
• Over 6 years of experience in life insurance, annuity distribution, national account management, strategic accounts, or relationship management within wirehouses or financial institutions.
• Strong grasp of life insurance and annuity products, distribution models, and partner economics.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales and revenue growth, shelf placement, partner advocacy, relationship health, and overall firm-level business plans.
• Experience in leading firm governance, business reviews, sales planning, onboarding processes, product launches, and distribution expansion strategies.
• Capability to coordinate internal resources across Operations, Product, Marketing, Compliance, Technology, and Sales departments.
• Ability to work independently while aligning priorities with leadership and organizational objectives.
• Exceptional skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship management, and consultative selling.
• Ability to convert partner needs into actionable growth strategies.
• Informal leadership experience in mentoring Relationship Managers and promoting accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness and capability to travel as required by business needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and other related productivity tools.
• Experience with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, business intelligence dashboards, and executive reporting resources.
• Ability to analyze sales results, partner engagement trends, operational metrics, and competitive intelligence.
• Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools for productivity enhancement, decision-making, client engagement, and business communication.
