This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Drive the Company's business expansion within designated territories.
• Acquire and nurture new clients while enhancing the product offerings for existing accounts.
• Collaborate with the Director of National Accounts to identify and target regional accounts and prospects.
• Meet objectives related to contracts, revenue growth, account milestones, and activity metrics.
• Sustain relationships with current customers and attract new clients through calls, sales visits, and presentations.
• Oversee the entire sales process, which includes prospecting, creating proposals, handling contracts, managing price adjustments, cancellations, and renewals.
• Increase customer revenue and profitability through service modifications and price adjustments.
• Inform customers about compliance issues related to regulations.
• Execute sales strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profits.
• Address issues and coordinate customer requirements with Field Operations and Customer Service.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and Accounts Payable for the collection of receivables.
• Organize sales activities for Regional and National accounts.
• Articulate the company's value proposition and highlight Clean Earth’s advantages over competitors.
• Prepare presentations for key clients and prospects.
• Formulate and implement territory and account sales strategies.
• Complete routing plans for territories, forecasts, and customer business reviews.
• Develop and implement targeted strategies for accounts in national and regional manufacturing and industrial markets.
• Supply management with insights to assess regional and national opportunities.
• Engage in professional organizations to enhance customer brand loyalty.
• Conduct daily outreach to new prospects and identify leads through websites, networking, vendors, and peers.
• Track and report sales performance using established metrics.
• Manage an existing portfolio while driving growth in the territory through new prospects.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned by management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sciences, or Management.
• At least 3 years of proven success in selling outsourced services to the retail or similar sectors.
• Familiarity with RCRA, DOT, and DEA regulatory frameworks is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in managing multiple accounts or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Established connections or the ability to quickly build relationships with C-level executives, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing roles within the retail industry.
• Ability to devise “out of the box” solutions.
• Proficient in using general office equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds unassisted on occasion.
• Capability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including to locations within the United States, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii.
