This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Set the vision, long-term strategy, yearly objectives, and operational plan for designated national and enterprise home-services accounts.
• Take ownership of account strategy, financial outcomes, growth, implementation, relationship management, retention, and long-term value creation.
• Identify potential opportunities and risks within accounts, resolve issues, mobilize internal resources, and ensure accountability.
• Manage budgeted revenue and enrollments; track results, forecasts, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Create Miller Heiman account plans and build executive-level relationships.
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers to oversee complex national or phased launch initiatives.
• Guarantee the delivery of contractual, technological, marketing, product, billing, enrollment, reporting, training, and operational requirements.
• Lead cross-functional account teams across Marketing, Customer Service, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, Product, Analytics/BI, Training, Implementation, Claims/Service Operations, and executive leadership.
• Develop and manage yearly marketing plans, campaigns, tests, and national distribution strategies.
• Oversee executive relationships, renewals, expansions, amendments, and long-term negotiations.
• Facilitate strategic business reviews and ensure that follow-up actions and commitments are fulfilled.
• Analyze performance data and convert it into forecasts, recovery plans, business cases, scenario analyses, and actionable recommendations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and approved AI tools for analysis, planning, communication, forecasting, and productivity enhancement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, sales, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in strategic, national, or enterprise account management, business development, or partner management.
• Direct management of large, complex accounts with accountability for revenue, growth, retention, and executive relationships.
• Demonstrated success in influencing senior and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in leading matrixed teams without formal authority.
• Background in executing expansions, renewals, complex implementations, or national/multi-market launches.
• Strong financial, analytical, presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Familiarity with Miller Heiman or a similar strategic account methodology is highly preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
