This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Take full ownership of the Amazon Automotive Care business performance from start to finish, which includes managing category P&L, revenue, gross margin, trade investments, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Enhance traffic, conversion rates, product assortment, availability, pricing, and other essential growth drivers.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with key senior stakeholders.
• Create and implement a comprehensive Amazon strategy that encompasses Retail, Media, Content, and Search.
• Formulate annual and multi-year growth strategies.
• Lead the Annual Vendor Negotiations and oversee customer terms and agreements.
• Manage trade funds and promotional strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) and incremental sales.
• Assess event performance utilizing a test-and-learn methodology to enhance trade spending efficiency.
• Collaborate with Media and Content teams to ensure full-funnel performance, including Demand-Side Platforms (DSP) and Sponsored Ads.
• Improve digital shelf execution, product detail page (PDP) content, search visibility, and conversion factors.
• Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Media, Content, Category Management, and Demand Planning teams.
• Spearhead improvements in processes, tools, and ways of working across a matrixed organization.
• Establish strong relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers and other key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary Energizer contact and category specialist for Amazon.
• Develop annual and quarterly business plans for Amazon.
• Drive the assortment strategy, manage item lifecycles, and oversee new product launches.
• Refine pricing strategies while monitoring competitive dynamics.
• Manage customer forecasting, enhance forecast accuracy, reduce supply risk, and prevent stockouts.
• Utilize Profitero, Power BI, Vendor Central, and Amazon Retail Analytics to derive insights and optimize performance.
• Proven experience in managing Amazon media, including DSP and Sponsored Ads.
• Advanced capabilities in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with Profitero or similar competitive intelligence tools.
• Strong negotiation skills, including experience with AVNs, customer agreements, and promotional planning.
• Experience in managing categories undergoing transitions that require rethinking strategies, re-establishing fundamentals, and charting a clear path forward.
• Ability to think and operate like a General Manager or business owner.
• Capacity to balance strategic planning with hands-on implementation.
• Comfortable making decisions even with incomplete information.
• Proactively identifies problems and independently drives solutions.
• Continuously challenges existing practices to enhance business performance.
• Willingness to travel 15–30% of the time.
• Capability to work remotely within the USA.
