This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +15 more states.
• Expand a designated book of business while seeking new account opportunities.
• Present Securitas Healthcare solutions, finalize sales, and oversee accounts post-sale to ensure ongoing revenue enhancement.
• Increase sales and establish, manage, and nurture relationships with specified IDNs.
• Effectively communicate account details to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage sales for assigned accounts through inbound/outbound calls, in-person meetings, and continuous account upkeep.
• Suggest target use cases based on profit potential and estimate the time and resources required to achieve significant sales.
• Conduct annual business reviews to assess client satisfaction and align with future client objectives.
• Oversee support and maintenance renewals to ensure timely receipt of purchase orders.
• Build and sustain corporate-level relationships with assigned accounts.
• Attend trade shows and network with potential national accounts.
• Ensure quality in responses related to order processing, reporting, and other matters.
• Collaborate with company departments regarding government accounts and facilitate order processing within the company.
• Work together with Client Executives and RBDs to identify opportunities in named accounts.
• Partner with Authorized Service Providers to plan and manage deployments while ensuring adequate support.
• Keep relevant stakeholders updated on account challenges and significant issues.
• Formulate action plans and secure contracts and sales from targeted accounts.
• Review and analyze current account information and align client solutions with company offerings.
• Create strategic plans to promote account growth and implement them effectively.
• Mentor Client Executives and Account Managers in sales techniques.
• Engage in problem-solving and make decisions and recommendations.
• Travel to trade shows, client locations, and national account visits as required.
• A college degree in Business or Marketing or a relevant combination of education and work experience in these fields is required.
• 5-7 years of sales experience is essential, specifically in business-to-business contexts.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing corporate sales accounts.
• Sales experience in the healthcare sector is required.
• A proven track record of managing a growing account portfolio and sales territory.
• Self-driven, energetic, and capable of managing multiple tasks with vision, attention to detail, commitment, priority, and urgency.
• Demonstrated selling and relationship-building skills.
• Above-average verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to present products and information to key high-level individuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Physically able to set up and dismantle trade show booths and demo kits, potentially requiring the lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
• Willingness to travel 50%-60% of the time.
• Experience in managing and collaborating with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
• Background in developing and scaling Real-Time Location Services (RTLS) pipelines and solutions.
• Proven success working with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and hospital systems, adept at navigating complex healthcare procurement and stakeholder environments.
• Variable compensation.
• Fully remote when not traveling.
• Approximately 50% to 60% travel required.
