This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Accountable for acquiring new customers and developing the existing business portfolio within Food Service Groups.
• Maintain full responsibility for customers within the designated sector.
• Identify and onboard new clientele.
• Implement strategic priorities of the company and business unit while adhering to the established budgets.
• Manage accounts within specified sectors and meet agreed KPIs, including new business, IR, contribution, NPD, distribution, promotional loading, and management.
• Collaborate with key customers to develop, agree upon, and deliver joint business plans.
• Partner with the broader account team and Demand Planning on forecasts and availability KPIs.
• Agree upon, manage, and comply with authorized CI budgets and trading terms.
• Create, implement, and ensure adherence to customer promotional activities.
• Generate and share business insights utilizing IRI, Kantar, and category data.
• Cultivate relationships with key customers and internal business stakeholders.
• Establish communication and processes with NAEs, NAMs, Head of On Trade, and BUD to facilitate clear business decisions.
• Communicate externally with customers about decisions that impact their business.
• Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in an FMCG company, preferably with a background in marketing, sales promotion, and P&L management.
• Proven experience in managing key accounts, particularly within the FMCG sector, focusing on head office account management and customer relationship development.
• Highly driven to achieve success.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficient in IT skills (Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
• Capable of learning new software packages (Trinamix, IRI/Kantar, CGA).
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Well-organized and a self-starter.
• Effective communicator, especially in remote settings.
• Understanding of sales techniques.
• Familiarity with the On Trade Industry; knowledge of Route to Markets, Indirect & Direct Customers.
