This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with current clients as the main point of contact for account-related inquiries.
• Identify and develop business opportunities in SLED, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors, managing the sales process until closure.
• Prospect and oversee both assigned existing accounts and new-logo opportunities within the designated region.
• Market company products through channel partners within a specified geographical area.
• Collaborate with partners to prospect within named accounts.
• Assist in deal structuring and pricing through business-value analysis, negotiating prices for proactive bids and proposals.
• Deliver customer value, surpass expectations, and resolve issues or concerns effectively.
• Employ a consultative sales approach to grasp client needs and propose customized solutions.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to create and execute strategic sales plans.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify client pain points and business goals.
• Tailor product presentations and demonstrations to meet client requirements.
• Provide precise sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Surpass sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree; or a high school diploma accompanied by relevant experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in consultative technology sales, particularly in Unified Communications and Consultative Contact Center solutions.
• Successfully managed a quota exceeding $3M.
• Experience in selling to SLED, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors.
• Familiarity with Cloud computing, VMware, and Data Centers is essential.
• Knowledge or experience with competitive solutions such as Ring Central, 8x8, Cisco, Avaya, Zoom, Dialpad, and others is advantageous.
• Innovative in business planning and executing sales initiatives.
• Strong skills in account planning.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas through a consultative approach.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of building rapport and influencing key stakeholders.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Must reside locally in the Pacific Northwest West Region.
