This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement intricate visual projects across various platforms, including digital, print, web, social media, and video.
• Design and create high-quality design and video projects, overseeing the process from wireframing to final production.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, technical departments, and subject matter experts.
• Produce and integrate visual, audio, and interactive content such as motion graphics, animations, infographics, and data visualizations.
• Oversee production workflows from the planning stage through to execution, including design concepts, photo shoots, video shoots, animations, and online media.
• Create multimedia deliverables that adhere to Section 508 accessibility standards, incorporating captioning, transcripts, descriptive audio, and alt text.
• Prepare and enhance graphics and video assets for use across web, social platforms, email, and conferences/displays.
• Develop reusable, style-consistent templates and assets to facilitate efficient cross-platform content reuse.
• 5–10 years of experience in digital media production and design software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design, video, and multimedia production tools.
• Experience in producing multimedia outputs that meet Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Strategic mindset with an innovative approach to marketing trends and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Experience in supporting intricate projects and transformation initiatives within the federal government.
• Comfort in managing complex client relationships.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Proven capability to organize, prioritize, and collaborate effectively with others.
• Ability to articulate thoughts, ideas, and solutions clearly in both written and oral formats.
• Capability to remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
