Multi-Solution Architect, Workfront/Fusion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement solutions to address challenges in Marketing or Care utilizing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

• Evaluate and audit current client digital ecosystems and suggest optimizations.

• Create architecture diagrams and documentation for multi-channel/multi-tactic strategies.

• Formulate 2 to 4-year digital marketing roadmaps leveraging audience segments for enhanced personalization and targeting.

• Support solution project estimation, define scope, allocate resources, and establish project timelines.

• Write POCs, solutions, integrations, and production deliveries using TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java.

• Utilize AI tools including Claude Code, Cursor, V0, and Vercel during the development process.

• Develop agentic tools to streamline and enhance quality, processes, and workflows.

• Supervise the delivery of multi-channel/multi-tactic digital solutions.

• Suggest management and governance policies.

• Execute testing strategies, including process, unit, and stress testing.

• Establish performance objectives and methodologies for measuring success.

• Collaborate with internal and external technical resources, including C-Suite and senior leadership, throughout engagements.

• Produce internal and external knowledge-sharing resources, such as blog posts, whitepapers, best practices, and methodologies.

• Construct AI-enabled workflows, agents, skills, tools, and automation.

• Encourage the adoption of AI tools and foster innovation within product development and engineering delivery.

• Work closely with Engineering, Strategy, Sales teams, clients, and global talent.

• Engage in sales pursuits, thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in engineering.

• Adobe Multi-Solution architect and other relevant certifications.

• Profound technical and architectural expertise with various Adobe products, including Workfront, Fusion, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, Headless), Edge Delivery Services, AEP, RTCDP, Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, and Journey Optimizer.

• Over 4 years of hands-on experience in implementing and/or managing daily operations with three or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

• More than 4 years of experience architecting and executing complex digital marketing solutions across Site, SEM, Media, Mobile App, and Email for large corporate settings.

• Strong background in Enterprise architecture, Digital transformation initiatives, and Marketing technology implementations.

• Familiarity with content management systems, including headless CMS like Contentful, Sanity, and ContentStack.

• Extensive hands-on development experience with various technology stacks, including TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java.

• Solid experience working with data management systems.

• Proven ability to produce project estimates, define scope, allocate resources, and develop project timelines in pre-sales and/or migratory contexts.

• Practical experience in delivering customer-facing solutions using client-side technologies, server-side programming, and server-to-server APIs.

• Strong client-facing experience in solutioning, pitching, and problem-solving, with mandatory experience with clients in the US and EU.

• Experience collaborating with global teams across the US, India, LATAM, and EU.

• History of leading large global technology delivery programs.

• Hands-on experience in system design and architecture, including leading technical discussions, evaluating trade-offs, and making informed architectural choices.

• Experience in modern engineering environments that prioritize iterative delivery, continuous experimentation, rapid feedback loops, and outcome-driven execution.

• Background in solutioning and pre-sales engagements.

• Experience managing executive stakeholders.

• Strong commercial acumen and relevant experience.

• Experience working with global enterprise clients across the US, EU, and APAC.

• Demonstrated expertise in AI-assisted software development is essential.

• Extensive hands-on experience with AI engineering tools such as Claude, Cursor, V0, or equivalent platforms for coding, accelerating software delivery, architecture design, debugging, code reviews, testing, documentation, and enhancing developer productivity.

• Experience in developing agents, sub-agents, and workflow automation with agents.

• Proven ability to effectively integrate Agentic Engineering into daily engineering workflows and establish best practices for AI-enhanced processes across teams.

• Experience in evaluating, adopting, and promoting emerging AI technologies and engineering practices within an organization.

• Capacity to mentor engineers on AI-native development methods and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
