This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assess damage in repair facilities, salvage yards, clients’ residences, or virtual estimating platforms
• Calculate repair expenses
• Negotiate agreements
• Process payments
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Handle claims for boats, motorcycles, RVs, and other specialized vehicles
• Complete compensated training in physical damage adjustment
• Provide direct support to clients following accidents or significant disasters
• Must be a resident of New York City, NY
• A valid driver’s license that meets the company's underwriting standards
• Capability to uphold relevant state and federal certifications and permits
• Willingness to adapt to flexible work locations; the role may involve remote or field assignments
• Strong computer proficiency
• Mechanical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Keen attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication
• Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Preference for candidates with a college degree or those currently pursuing one
