Multi-Entity Bookkeeper, Financial Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of complete bookkeeping processes across 7 unique operational entities.

• Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards.

• Maintain general ledgers while ensuring precise intercompany accounting.

• Oversee QuickBooks Online class and location tracking.

• Manage complex payroll operations using ADP Workforce Now.

• Handle garnishments and perform audits on health insurance deductions.

• Allocate journal entries to individual care facilities and locations.

• Facilitate the preparation of monthly accounts receivable, rent, and resident statements.

• Review Medicaid billing records for accuracy.

• Monitor care house labor hours to enhance budget efficiency.

• Carry out month-end closing procedures and manage accruals.

• Assemble thorough audit packages for external CPA review.

• Assist with year-end tax filing and Adjusted Journal Entries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accountancy, or Finance.

• Minimum of 4 years of direct, progressive bookkeeping experience managing multiple company portfolios.

• Advanced and demonstrable expertise in QuickBooks Online, particularly in class/location tracking.

• Extensive hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now for payroll and general ledger integration.

• Exceptional attention to financial detail, including discrepancy detection in deductions and Medicaid billing audits.

• Proficient in Excel, with advanced skills including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs.

• Capability to adapt to cloud-based accounting systems, multi-company ERP platforms, digital document storage, and secure corporate VPN networks.
