MTT Synchronization Cell Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the MTT Synchronization Cell.

• Manage all scheduling and deconfliction for the C-sUAS Mobile Training Team.

• Coordinate instructor assignments, travel arrangements, equipment, and training venues across various DoW locations.

• Maintain the primary training calendar and resolve conflicts to enhance operator readiness while ensuring operational uptime.

• Collaborate with the JCU Cadre, MTT Instructors, NCR Trainers, Curriculum Integration Specialist, and Training Operations Coordinators.

• Monitor instructor availability, surge capacity, including an additional 15 surge instructors, and their readiness.

• Prepare status reports, briefings, and recommendations for program leadership and JIATF-401 stakeholders.

• Ensure training delivery aligns with JCU doctrine and six lines of effort.

• Act as the main point of contact for MTT synchronization matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• At least 10 years of experience in DoW training management.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at the joint or combatant command level.

• Previous experience managing simultaneous training operations across multiple sites.

• Experience leading training cells, operations centers, or similar coordination functions.

• An active Secret clearance is required.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Experience in managing Mobile Training Teams or distributed training operations.

• Proficient in scheduling tools, Microsoft Office, and collaborative platforms.

• Capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
