This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee project management initiatives within SentinelOne's MSSP division, including strategies for product transitions, strategic programs, and special projects.
• Monitor and track deliverables for the MSSP product transition strategy, defining key milestones and ensuring timelines are maintained.
• Provide project management support for MSSP revenue operations initiatives, which encompass quote-to-cash processes, deal governance, forecasting, and enhancements to partner lifecycle.
• Assist with ad hoc MSSP special projects and integrate capabilities and offerings across various internal teams.
• Lead selected large-scale and strategic MSSP programs, ensuring timely delivery of quality outcomes.
• Develop and sustain the MSSP project management operating system, which includes project plans, dependency mapping, and status reporting.
• Assess and recommend processes to proactively identify and mitigate issues; mentor teams on risk, dependency, and stakeholder management.
• Promote collaboration across MSSP, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, Legal, IT, and other departments.
• Evaluate and redefine KPIs to measure project success and overall impact.
• Create and present dashboards and analytics to track project status, metrics, and milestones.
• Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices to prepare the organization for scalable growth.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in MSSPs, enterprise software, cybersecurity, or the technology sector.
• Project management experience within partner operations, sales operations, or functions related to partner experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in creating dashboards and visualizations, including proficiency in SQL, data aggregation, and AI tools such as Claude.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Google Workspace.
• Strong technical aptitude coupled with a solid understanding of business operations.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, driving requirements and projects with diverse global teams.
• Excellent relationship-building skills across various organizational levels, with expertise in managing diverse stakeholder expectations and a proven ability to make informed decisions while standing firm to ensure project success.
• Knowledge of risk management processes and strategies.
• Capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently, using data and metrics to guide decisions, measure success, and identify improvement areas.
• Prior technical program management experience in SaaS or a technical field is preferred.
