MSP Programme Specialist, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the relationship management with local hiring managers, handling their temporary recruitment needs.

• Document and maintain records concerning the performance of recruitment agencies and the requirements of hiring managers.

• Duties will encompass conducting vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers, briefing third-party suppliers, screening incoming CVs, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, and managing onboarding and contractor activities.

• Foster and manage local relationships with clients and agencies.

• Review, upload, and monitor invoices and payment approvals.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any local issues with clients and agencies.

• Track and ensure the successful attainment of local service level agreements.

• Offer statistical analysis support and perform other tasks as dictated by client needs.

• Deliver periodic program status updates to the Programme Manager as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in both English and German.

• Experience in Vendor Management Services or Managed Service Providers is preferred.

• Background in the staffing industry is desirable but not mandatory.

• Experience in Human Resources is preferred but not essential.

• Capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.

• Effective communication skills in writing, verbally, interpersonally, and in presentations in English.

• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.

• Proven hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint for analyzing and presenting complex data to clients.

• Detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Solid understanding of financial data and invoicing processes.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the capability to lead both colleagues and clients.
