This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a resource and support for team members as they navigate operational workflows.
• Oversee and monitor the status of Payment Exceptions, including PE, UST/config, and Tier 3 issues.
• Participate in regular claims status meetings and ensure prompt follow-up on action items.
• Implement the Contract Signature Workflow, which encompasses Medication Adherence, Docusign/bilateral, CAQH checks, and preparation for handoff to Network Operations.
• Evaluate Growth Leads obtained via website, direct inquiries, Salesforce, and additional channels.
• Track and manage Contract Signature-to-Activation workflows.
• Direct and triage escalations from field teams to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Assist with provider activation workflows, including tracking intake, readiness of documentation, and coordination for go-live.
• Monitor Clover Home Care referrals and other onboarding milestones, proactively identifying and flagging delays.
• Regularly update MSO reporting sources, ensuring accuracy and timely completion by deadlines.
• Maintain dashboards and tracking tools to enhance visibility of team performance.
• Attend routine and ad-hoc operational meetings and carry out other assigned tasks.
• Manage document organization, storage, and maintenance.
• Experience in an administrative or operational support role, ideally within a healthcare or managed care environment.
• Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple active workflows simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly concerning claims tracking, reporting accuracy, and completeness of documentation.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, SharePoint, CRM systems, and tools for updating metrics and generating reports.
• Basic understanding of healthcare concepts, including HEDIS, claims processing, EHRs, medical billing and coding, reimbursement models, and Medicare/Medicare Advantage (preferred).
