MS Dynamics 365 F&SCM Finance Architect – AI-Driven

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Design and implement D365 F&SCM solutions incorporating AI, automation, and predictive features.

• Provide guidance to CFOs and senior executives on AI-driven ERP strategies.

• Offer thought leadership on AI, analytics, and automation to enhance close cycles, forecasting, and operational efficiency.

• Convert business needs into scalable D365 F&SCM solutions.

• Integrate Power Platform and Azure AI services effectively.

• Lead cross-departmental teams in finance transformation projects.

• Promote innovation, user empowerment, and the adoption of AI-enhanced tools.

• Manage complete implementations, covering design validation, deployment, and post-go-live improvements.

• Engage in sales efforts by leading discovery sessions, configuring software demonstrations, creating project plans and proposals, and conducting client presentations.

• Advise C-level stakeholders and ensure technology aligns with business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in ERP/financial systems.

• More than 5 years of experience in D365 F&SCM solution design.

• Completed 4 or more full life cycle implementations as a finance architect.

• Proficient in configurations.

• Strong understanding of core finance functions including GL, AP, AR, budgeting, consolidations, and treasury.

• Knowledge of regulatory reporting standards.

• In-depth expertise in D365 F&SCM.

• Experience with integrating Power Platform and Azure AI services.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven automation is essential.

• Proven track record of engaging C-level executives and leading strategic discussions.

• Experience in aligning technology with business objectives.

• Background in leading discovery sessions, configuring software demonstrations, developing project plans and proposals, and conducting client presentations.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation and adoption initiatives.

• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

• An MBA is preferred.

• Microsoft certifications MB-310 and MB-700 are strongly preferred; AB-100 is a plus.
