MRI Clinical Education & Training Applications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with sales, project management, and service organization teams to facilitate customer training.

• Enhance product, clinical, and software understanding across various Imaging modalities.

• Link theoretical knowledge with clinical and product insights to assist clinicians in maximizing the use of GE HealthCare MRI equipment.

• Conduct pre-sale product clinical assessments and educational sessions for prospective customers.

• Create and implement clinical training for end-user personnel in alignment with Sales Order Agreements.

• Provide clinical education either on-site or remotely to foster revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

• Complete training documentation from the pre-training phase through to post-training.

• Offer continuous post-installation training and lifecycle support.

• Sustain customer relationships through proactive communication strategies.

• Elevate product and customer issues or suggestions for improvement to management, sales, marketing, customer loyalty, and technical support teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree or equivalent, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in MRI patient scanning.

• At least 1 year of patient scanning experience using GE HealthCare equipment.

• ARRT, ARMRIT, or equivalent certification specific to the modality.

• Comfortable working within a clinical or patient-focused environment.

• Proficient in using Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other computer and web-based tools.

• Capable of mastering specialized industry-specific software and delivering digital education and training solutions.

• Willing to register with vendor credentialing services as required by customer hospitals.

• Ability to travel extensively, over 80% of the time (4–5 days per week), which may include overnight stays and some weekends, via various modes of transportation including car, air travel, and train.

• Must reside in close proximity to Wisconsin, Chicago, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Iowa.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Employment visa sponsorship is not offered.

• Successful completion of a drug screening is required, as applicable.

• Must be able to comply with customer vaccination mandates where applicable.
