Moving Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Moving subject matter expert for Sirva Relocation.

• Serve as the main point of contact for the agent network and third-party services before, during, and after each relocation.

• Handle customer service escalations effectively.

• Conduct system audits to ensure compliance within the agent network.

• Oversee cost controls and approvals for exceptions and third-party expenses.

• Offer allocation recommendations to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with team members to guarantee the best customer experience.

• Partner with IT on system improvements.

• Record all interactions with agents and Relocation.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's degree or business diploma is required, or equivalent experience is acceptable.

• Exceptional skills in customer service.

• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Background in Domestic Household Goods is preferred.

• Self-motivated individual.
