This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Diagnose and offer technical assistance to both internal and external clients.
• Handle incoming inquiries from customers via calls and emails, delivering troubleshooting support and technical details.
• Aid customers in comprehending service manuals.
• Initiate warranty claims for new coaches.
• Provide 24/7 emergency support as required.
• Record troubleshooting processes and product-related issues.
• Initiate and support the completion of campaigns.
• Deliver comprehensive daily updates regarding new coach issues.
• Collaborate with engineers to document, contain, and address issues.
• Travel to various locations for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and documenting service and maintenance activities.
• Anticipate approximately 90% travel.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in programming vehicle electrical systems is essential.
• Proficient in running diagnostics for electrical systems, powertrain, and air systems.
• Familiarity with I.O. Controls, Vansco, and Actia Multiplex electrical systems is necessary.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Motor Coach brand products or 10 years for non-Motor Coach brand products is required.
• CFC12-12 Certification and Technician Type II MV AC EPA Certification are mandatory.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems is essential.
• A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with the necessary medical certification card is preferred.
• Knowledge of Smartire/Smartwave, Amerex, Bendix ABS/Traction control, CAT, DDDL, Cummins Insite, ZF, and Allison Transmission diagnostics, along with WABCO systems is beneficial.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and other Microsoft products.
• Excellent customer service skills are crucial.
• Willingness to travel extensively during the workweek, Monday through Friday.
