Motion Designer, Performance Marketing – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop captivating video and static advertising creatives for Meta and Google Ads.

• Create visuals based on given briefs, references, and guidelines.

• Utilize AI video-generation tools to produce visual assets and incorporate them into final creatives.

• Edit and compile advertising videos using Adobe After Effects.

• Modify and refine creatives for various advertising formats and placements.

• Oversee multiple creative assignments while ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in motion design (strong portfolios from candidates with less experience are also considered).

• Practical experience in creating performance marketing creatives for paid social media advertising.

• Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects.

• Hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools and the capability to independently generate assets.

• Competence in producing complete advertising creatives from the initial brief to final delivery.

• Familiarity with social media advertising formats, visual trends, and performance marketing principles.

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication abilities.

• A portfolio is required, showcasing examples of performance marketing creatives, preferably including video ads and AI-generated assets.
