AI Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop both short-form and long-form AI-generated performance creatives, which include video and static assets, for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social media channels.

• Formulate content hypotheses and swiftly test various ideas.

• Evaluate creative performance and refine strategies based on analytical data.

• Conduct research on competitor advertisements, trending ad formats, native/UGC-style creatives, and best practices for paid social on specific platforms.

• Work collaboratively with the Growth/Performance Marketing team on project briefs, testing plans, and cycles of iteration.

• Experiment with various hooks, storytelling formats, editing styles, and advertisement concepts to mitigate creative fatigue.

• Stay updated with AI image and video generation tools, utilizing them daily to create ad variations at scale.

• Produce performance creatives focusing on topics related to mental health and wellbeing.

• Engage in the candidate journey, which includes recruiter screening, interviews with the CMO, a test task, and a final interview with the co-founders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating AI-generated content specifically for performance and paid campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

• A portfolio showcasing actual ad creatives, rather than just organic content, is highly advantageous.

• Ability to craft creative storytelling tailored for short attention spans and conversion-driven hooks.

• Strong grasp of viral mechanics, internet culture, and native-feeling advertising techniques.

• Capability to identify emerging trends early and apply creative adaptations accordingly.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for content creation.

• Proficient in using AI tools for image and video generation.

• Comfort with interpreting basic ad performance metrics (such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, thumb-stop rate) and working with data from ad platforms is a considerable plus.

• Ideally situated within the CET or EET time zones.
