Motion Designer – Generative AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Convert client briefs into innovative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and visual directions.

• Create images and videos utilizing generative AI models, selecting the most appropriate model for each requirement.

• Efficiently iterate prompts to achieve optimal results with minimal attempts.

• Composite and finalize assets using After Effects, merging AI-generated components with traditional motion design.

• Edit videos while ensuring proper pacing, timing, continuity, and technical quality in delivery.

• Uphold each client’s visual identity and brand guidelines throughout the entire process.

• Recognize when a requirement can be fulfilled within Trakto and when it necessitates external production or post-processing.

• Stay informed about advancements in the generative AI market for audiovisual content and integrate new models and techniques into the workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with generative AI image and video tools such as Gemini, Nano Banana, Veo, Seedance, Seedream, Kling, or similar platforms.

• Advanced skills in prompting, including text-to-image, image-to-image, and image-to-video workflows.

• Knowledge of camera control, movement, composition, and visual continuity.

• Capability to maintain consistency of characters, environments, and visual identity throughout generations.

• Proficiency in selecting the appropriate model for each task and iterating prompts effectively.

• Understanding of AI as a production pipeline.

• Strong foundation in storytelling, scripting, storyboarding, and shot breakdowns.

• Familiarity with framing, shot types, camera angles, movements, and lighting.

• Ability to justify each scene within the narrative context.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in After Effects.

• Knowledge of compositing, masks, tracking, keying, and blending AI-generated elements with traditional motion design.

• Technical understanding of formats, codecs, alpha channels, resolution, and frame rates.

• Competency with Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or comparable tools.

• Strong grasp of pacing, timing, cuts, transitions, basic audio, and finishing techniques.

• Ability to uphold visual identity and brand guidelines when employing AI.

• Skill in ensuring brand consistency across various formats and campaigns.

• Capacity to structure the entire workflow from briefing to delivery.

• Ability to make swift decisions regarding the most efficient techniques, models, and strategies.

• Curiosity and independence to stay updated on new models, techniques, and trends in the audiovisual AI sector.
