This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Promote and sell Manulife One, Manulife Bank Select, and related lending solutions directly to clients.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to identify client needs and objectives.
• Build a consumer client base for direct sales of lending products.
• Ensure seamless and efficient delivery of services to clients.
• Direct business inquiries to the appropriate servicing department.
• Recognize opportunities for product and service enhancements as well as new product development.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to foster advisor interest in debt management and deposit solutions.
• Independently cultivate advisor interest in Manulife Bank offerings.
• Act as a consultative ambassador for Manulife Bank products within the regional market.
• Demonstrated history of high performance in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proven success in a cold calling sales setting.
• High energy and self-driven motivation accompanied by a positive outlook.
• Solid underwriting experience with residential mortgages (3-5 years).
• Preferably 5 or more years of experience in financial services or in a sales/service role.
• Established consultative sales skills, including relationship building, needs analysis, solution presentation, closing, and servicing abilities.
• Ability to learn and utilize technology for business purposes effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in change management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer and relationship management abilities.
• Well-developed influencing and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
