Mortgage Sales Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Provide operational and sales support for the mortgage sales team.

• Oversee and mentor a small group of Mortgage Loan Originator Assistants (LOAs).

• Support Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) with technology and daily requirements to enhance loan productivity.

• Manage the daily pipeline to ensure quality, efficiency, timely loan delivery, and an excellent customer experience.

• Guide LOAs in assisting both internal partners and external customer communications.

• Review pipelines for targeted decision dates and rate lock expirations.

• Assist in the onboarding and training of sales associates on policies, procedures, the Loan Operating System (LOS), and daily responsibilities.

• Utilize credit bureau provider software for various scenarios, repulls, and reissuing credit reports.

• Evaluate performance through sales scorecards and spreadsheets.

• Support the sales team's CRM system with marketing materials and flyers.

• Build relationships with mortgage partners to identify training needs.

• Monitor internal and external referral sources to optimize sales opportunities.

• Assist MLOs with AUS errors, loan restructuring, document copying, issue resolution, and communication to all involved parties.

• Coordinate with mortgage leadership on origination activities, requirements, and challenges.

• Execute other assigned duties as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in mortgage banking or a mortgage lending setting, ideally in a sales or sales-related role.

• S.A.F.E registration is mandatory at the time of employment.

• Must maintain an active registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry.
