Mortgage Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage mortgage files from submission through the underwriting process to closing.

• Collaborate closely with borrowers, referral sources, Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers.

• Execute all tasks in a timely manner while adhering to operational policies and procedures.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

• Keep open lines of communication with all parties involved in the loan process.

• Handle retail builder pipelines and oversee multiple loan originator relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2-5 years of CURRENT experience in processing residential mortgage loans.

• Proficiency with Encompass.

• Background in processing FHA, VA, Conventional, Bond, and USDA loans.

• Knowledge of guidelines for each loan type.

• Experience with DU, LP, and GUS.

• Experience in managing retail builder pipelines.

• Capability to process an average of 15-20 closed files per month.

• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Competency in Microsoft Office.

• Tech-savvy.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with new home builders is preferred.
