Mortgage Loan Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a pipeline of 40-50 loans each month, which includes refinances and home equity loans.

• Assess loan application packages for thoroughness and precision.

• Reconcile applications with system entries.

• Collect necessary documentation from clients and third parties to aid loan approval processes.

• Engage in timely and professional communication with customers, loan officers, and underwriters.

• Compute and evaluate income, assets, and liabilities.

• Apply AUSSIE and company protocols effectively.

• Build lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service.

• Work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm local time, with an additional two weekend days each month for four hours each.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience in mortgage loans.

• Experience in mortgage loan processing.

• Must be self-motivated, driven, and capable of thriving in a very fast-paced setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM is essential.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High-speed internet is required for remote work, with Cable or Fiber ONLY, and the capability to connect via Ethernet.

• Minimum internet speeds required: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (for heavy usage).
