This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Generate high-quality residential mortgage loans throughout the United States

• Assess applicants' financial situations, credit histories, and property appraisals to establish preliminary eligibility for home loans

• Suggest mortgage options that align with customers' financial capabilities

• Engage with customers to understand their present and future needs, assisting them in achieving their financial objectives

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Remain updated on available loan options and financial products and services

• Identify and create lending solutions tailored to individual homeownership aspirations

• Proactively manage leads and fulfill minimum conversion (from lead to funding) targets

• Develop a network of partnerships with real estate agents

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or retail lending is preferred

• Must be flexible and adaptable, able to learn and respond quickly at a pace faster than average

• Strong sense of urgency and initiative to accomplish tasks

• Sales-driven mindset

• Must successfully pass a credit check, criminal background investigation, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana testing

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods

• Manual dexterity and coordination required for operating standard office equipment

• Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify/right-to-work requirements in the United States
